1. Age Restriction:

3. Right to Refuse Entry:

• Acapulco reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at the discretion of the management or security personnel. This includes but is not limited to individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol, displaying aggressive behavior, or not complying with the rules and regulations of the venue. People on Halifax Pub Watch are banned from entering, as well as people on Pub Watch groups across Calderdale.

4. Security Checks:

• All patrons entering Acapulco are subject to security checks, including but not limited to bag searches and body pat-downs. Refusal to comply with these checks may result in denial of entry. We operate a random search policey.

5. Prohibited Items:

• The following items are strictly prohibited within the premises of Acapulco:
  • Illegal substances
  • Alchol Purchased off Premises
  • Weapons or any items that could be used as weapons
  • Laser pointers
  • Selfie sticks
  • Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the management

6. Intoxication:

• Entry will be denied to individuals who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Management reserves the right to remove patrons who become intoxicated within the venue. Acapulco Operates a 3 drinks rule, in which each person may only buy 3 drink at any point. People under the inflence of drugs or alchol may be refused service. Acapulco operates a zero tollerance policy on drug use, drug dealing both inside and outside the nightclub.

7. Photography and Videography:

• The use of photography or videography equipment for comercial use is strictly prohibited within the venue without prior written consent from Acapulco. Unauthorized use may result in eviction from the premises. Acapulco may record videos and photos, by entering you concent to these being used on the website and social media, now and in the future.

8. Admission Fee:

• Acapulco charge an admission fee for entry, and this fee is subject to change at the discretion of the management. Entry fees are non-refundable. Tickets are not redundable.

9. Lost or Stolen Items:

• Acapulco is not responsible for any lost or stolen items within the venue. Patrons are advised to keep their belongings secure and report any lost items to venue staff. Found items are kept please check the lost and found section of our website.

10. Abuse:

• Acapulco will not accept abuse to any members of staff. Acapulco will not accept abuse towards customers. Abuse and threats to our staff in person, over the phone, via email and across social media will not be tolerated, abuse or threats towards customers or the nightclub or its staff on social media will result in reporting this as well as banning. We reserve the right to take copies of these.

11. Fancy Dress Promotions:

• Promotional nights which involve free entry for fancy dress etc only give free entry for relevent fancy dress, which is substanitial. This is only before stated time.

12. Filming of Staff:

• Filming of our staff without there permission is not allowed.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Acapulco reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Patrons are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly.

By entering Acapulco, patrons agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or eviction from the premises.
