We are a fully inclusive club for both teenagers and young adults with additional needs.
Who can come with me?
Your Parents and Carears are welcome to come to our night, they get Free Entry. There is a respite area for them upstairs.
I Struggle with Steps?
Acapulco is up 3 flights of steps, we understand that some people struggle with steps, so we allow entry and exit via our rears doors, where we have only 6 steps, and have doorman to help.
I'm in a Wheel Chair?
Wheel Chair users are asked not to attend in Motorised Wheel Chairs, we have a limited number of wheel chair places for health and safety and evacuation reasons. We have 6 steps to go up, but we have some strong door staff on hand to help you in and out of the club. Due to fire regulations and fire risk assesments we have to limit how many wheel chairs are in the building.
I'm in a Walking Frame User?
Walking frame users can enter and exit via our Rear Steps, which are located on John Street. We have 6 steps to go up, but we have some strong door staff on hand to help you in and out of the club.
Is there a Dress Code?
We want you to be comforable in this new envirmoment for you, so wear what ever makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.
Is there loud music and Lights?
We want to provide the full nightclub experiance which includes loud music and flashing (sometimes strobbing) lights and lazers, the music is at 75% of the volume of a weekend.
Do you have a Safe Space?
Yes, the entry point at the rear of our club, where people who struggle with steps can enter is much quieter.
I am a Parent or Carear.
We know you work hard, and while you can join the fun for free, we also have a deciated area upstairs for you to relax, with tea and coffee and refreshments for free. Alcholic drinks are on sale. We ask that hot drinks and Alcholic drinks are not taken in to the main area of the club.
I Can't find my Tickets in my Email.
We understand that everyone gets so many emails to there email box that things can go missing, if you can't find your tickets you can resent them via the link Lost Tickets. Once you have resent them please check your spam folder. Our Ticket provider is Ticketebo.
Is there Seating.
We provide plenty of Seating around the nightclub, we ask you not to move the seats as this can create trip hazzards for people, and block exits.
Can I Take Photos and Videos at SEN Night.
We are happy for photos or videos to be taken at our SEN for none comerical use, however we ask for you to only take photos of people in your group or under your care to avoid anyone who may not want there photo or video taking. Anyone wearing a wrist band please do not take photos of videos of these. Photos we take are put on our SEN website but are not put on our social media. If you wish to not have your photo taken please ask for a wrist band at reception. If you believe your photo or video has been taken without your consent on the night please tell a member of our security staff on the night. When posting on Social Media please crop or trim photos and videos so they don't include people outside your group.
